Is Airport Plus fully licensed?

Yes, we are a fully licensed company and are required to abide by the regulations set by the Tewkesbury Borough Council licensing authority. If you require any further information, please contact Tewkesbury Borough Council 01684 295010.

Do you operate a fixed price policy?

Yes the price you see is the price you pay, for pickups that are more than 10 miles outside of the centre of Cheltenham we may ask for a small additional fee or if you require more than one pickup point, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Year's day have extra charges and bookings to/from Birmingham, Bristol and Coventry airports between 00:00 and 04:30 will incur a £10 surcharge.

Do you provide child seats?

Airport Plus does not provide child booster or car seats for customers to use, we do however offer a service whereby you can use your own seat in our vehicle and once we have dropped you off at your destination, we will keep your seat in our office until either we bring it back with us when we collect you on your return, or you can collect it yourself when it is convenient for you.

Are your prices per car or per person?

Our prices are per car or minibus and one way, see our price list for the full tariff.

How early do I need to book my car?

The earlier the better. However, more than 48 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to phone, if you make an online reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation this can take up to 24 hours but usually within a few hours.

How do I make an on-line booking?

Just complete the online booking form in full and submit it. Once you have finished the booking, you should receive an automated response stating that your booking has been received, once we have received your booking we will process it and send you a confirmation of booking vie email with all the booking details on.

Can I make a booking on the phone?

Yes you can make a booking on the phone our telephone number is +44(0)1242 808090, most times we will be in the office. This is often the best method if you are making a last minute booking. Alternatively you could e-mail us. If you make an online or e-mail reservation there is no guarantee that you will get a vehicle unless you receive a confirmation.

Will you meet us at any time of day?

Yes we provide a 24 hour 7 days a week service. We will meet you at any time of day.

What if the flight is delayed or early?

We will check the flight status on the day and the driver will adjust his arrival time according to that flight status, if you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.

I have completed a booking form will you confirm the booking?

Yes we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us as we may not have received your booking. Unfortunately we have had this problem before.

Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?

Though our drivers will make every effort to arrive on time, sometimes it is difficult to predict traffic and other situations outside of our control. We will make every effort to contact you if we are delayed in any way. These instances are very rare and 99.9% of the time we are able to meet you on time.

Can I pay by debit/credit card?

We are able to accept all major credit cards. There is a surcharge of up to 3% on some credit card payments, but no surcharge on debit card payments. You can also pay the driver in pounds sterling ~ we are no longer accepting cheques.

Do I need to pay in advance?

For most bookings we do not require any advance payment or deposit, however if we are collecting you from an airport we would require payment in full before hand.

Can I smoke in the car?

NO, it is an offence in the UK to smoke in any public passenger vehicle.

In the interest of all our customers we ask you not to consume food in our vehicles.
