Meeting your driver at the airport (locations and instructions).

Select the Airport and Terminal that you will be arriving in to from the list below.

Please Note:

Our driver will be at the arranged meeting point between 40 to 45 minutes after your flight has landed with a name board showing your surname, in the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver after 45 minutes has passed since your flight has landed, you can call our 24 hour duty manager on 07866 159252 PLEASE DO NOT PHONE BEFORE 45 MINUTES HAS PASSED SINCE LANDING AND THEN ONLY IF YOU HAVE LOOKED AND CAN NOT LOCATE YOUR DRIVER.

If you have hand luggage only (no bags checked in to the hold) please inform us at the time of booking.

  • Due to changes to the front car park at Birmingham Airport we can no longer use this for pickups. Our drivers will now park in the Short Stay 1 this is a slightly longer walk, we apologise for this inconvenience.

    Meeting Your Driver at Birmingham Airport

    Birmingham Airport - International and Domestic Arrivals

    Your Driver will meet you 40 to 45 minutes after your flight has landed. There is only one arrivals lounge at Birmingham airport, your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall in front of the Marks and Spencer simply food store.

  • Due to changes to the side car park at Bristol Airport we can no longer use this for pickups. Our drivers will now park in the Short Stay park this is a slightly longer walk, we apologise for this inconvenience.

    Meeting Your Driver Bristol Airport BRS

    Bristol Airport - International and Domestic Arrivals

    Your Driver will meet you 40 to 45 minutes after your flight has landed. There is only one arrivals lounge at Bristol airport, your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall in front of the W H Smiths.

  • Heathrow Terminal 2 - The Queen's Terminal

    Your Driver will meet you 40-45 minutes after your flight has landed within Terminal 2 In front of WH Smiths. This is located on the ground floor, next to Boots the chemist (drug store) just in front of you as you exit security area.

  • Heathrow Airport Terminal 3

    Your Driver will meet you 40 to 45 minutes after your flight has landed by WH Smiths which is on the ground floor within

    Terminal 3, as you exit the Security area bear to your right where you will find WH Smiths slightly to the left.

  • Heathrow Airport Terminal 4

    Your Driver will meet you 40 to 45 minutes after your flight has landed by the side of WH Smiths this is to the left as you come in to the arrivals hall.

  • Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 - International Arrivals

    Your Driver will meet you 40 to 45 minutes after your flight has landed in front of Cafe Nero (south meeting point).

    Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 - Domestic Arrivals

    Your Driver will meet you 40 to 45 minutes after your flight has landed just outside the Security area on the North side of the Terminal.

  • Gatwick South Terminal - International Arrivals

    Your Driver will meet you 40 to 45 minutes after your flight has landed, as you exit the Security area, you will see Costa Coffee in front of you. Your driver will be waiting with a name board clearly showing your surname.

  • Gatwick North Terminal - International Arrivals

    Your Driver will meet you 40 to 45 minutes after your flight has landed in front of the Costa Coffee shop.
